How Our Homemade Pizza is Made

Monkey in the Middle, located in Action City, is your go-to place for pizzas at Metropolis Resort! From small personal pizzas to our 30" Gorilla pizzas, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The video demonstrates one of our many amazing staff members cooking up a classic cheese pizza for us.

• Step 1: Flattening out our homemade dough

• Step 2: Fitting to our pan and rolling over to prevent bubbles

• Step 3: Each pizza then gets a spray of butter around the crust, one scoop of sauce, and one cup of cheese

• Step 4: The pizza finally gets about seven minutes in the oven before it is cut up for you to enjoy!
