A proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a bachelor's degree, Rachel's journey at Metropolis Resort began at our family fun center, where she excelled in various roles including front desk, management, culinary expertise, and even Dairy Queen operations. Her diverse background and commitment to excellence ensure that every event she oversees is nothing short of extraordinary.

Hello! I'm Emma Crist, one of our Event Coordinators at the Metropolis Resort. I have been with Metropolis Resort for over 5 years. I have worked everywhere in the Resort from lifeguarding, to housekeeping, to Action City, and the hotel front desk - I've done almost everything here! I strive to make the planning process of your event as seamless and stress-free as possible. Not only can I book events, but I also have experience banquet serving, so I understand how important punctuality and structure are on the day of the event.
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with family, cooking, and exploring the great outdoors. I am also active in the Army National Guard.

"We had such a fantastic wedding at Metropolis! Our coordinator, Samantha, was very accommodating and communicated with us throughout the entire process. She answered any and all questions/requests we had leading up to the big day. Staff also did a great job of setting up tables and cupcakes for us. The servers and bartenders were also very quick to respond to any of our guests needs. Everyone had such a wonderful time! The Magnolia honeymoon suite was also very spacious and beautiful. "I definitely recommend having your wedding day at Metropolis! Not only do they provide so many of the essentials when it comes to wedding planning, but they do it so well! Our party had an absolute blast at Action City the night of the rehearsal dinner. Go-karting, laser tag, and more! The decorating Metropolis did for our Halloween wedding was awesome! Sam was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was always quick to respond to my inquiries and was very clear, precise and easy to work with!
