As the Director of Sales and Catering at Metropolis Resort, Chelsea brings nearly a decade of experience in event management and a passion for making every event unforgettable.
She’s dedicated to using her skills to ensure that every gathering—from weddings and milestone birthdays to multiday continuing education conferences—goes off without a hitch.
Chelsea kicked off her career as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator and quickly gained hands-on experience in event planning and execution. In her current role, she’s focused on delivering seamless events and building meaningful connections in the community, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys exploring the outdoors through backpacking, van camping, and other nature-filled adventures. She is also an artist, specializing in space-inspired abstract planet and nebula art using alcohol inks. Chelsea loves spending time with her young daughter, sharing their love for nature, art, and new experiences.
Laci Neubich

Laci began her career with us at Action City, where her devotion to customer relations thrived across the resort including front desk, party host, and management. Her dedication and passion for creating unforgettable moments form a seamless and unique experience tailored to each guest.

Ally Cain
We're excited to welcome Ally, to our event planning team! A graduate of Chippewa Valley Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Marketing, she is bringing her passion for service and event planning to Metropolis Resort!
Ally’s journey began at Action City, where she quickly proved her leadership and problem-solving skills. Starting out in attractions and as a Dairy Queen team member, her positive attitude and dedication helped her rise to the role of Action City Supervisor. With a sharp eye for detail and a can-do attitude, Ally excels at multitasking and making sure everything runs smoothly.
As an Events Coordinator, Ally is your go-to person for organizing fun and memorable events. Whether you’re planning a school outing, a small group event, or a birthday party, Ally will help guide you through the process and ensure that every detail is covered.
Ally also serves as Lead Banquet Server at Metropolis Resort. She’s a key player in making sure large events, including weddings, banquets, and private parties, are executed flawlessly. Her experience in event service means she knows how to keep things moving seamlessly from start to finish, all while ensuring guests feel welcomed and taken care of.
Outside of work, Ally loves exploring the local nature trails, spending time with her cat, and enjoying quality moments with friends.
