Official Rules (Fine Print)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older. Children under the age of 18 will be disqualified from winning. Void, where prohibited or restricted by law, including in FL, NY, and RI.

Promotion Period: Entries accepted from 12:00 AM CT on June 12, 2025 through 11:59 PM CT on September 5, 2025. Winner will be selected in a random drawing held at Metropolis Resort on September 6, 2025.

How to Enter:
You can enter all summer long, now through Sunday, September 1, 2025:

-Visit Metropolis Resort Each visit to Action City, Chaos Water Park, or Metropolis Resort’s front desk is eligible for one (1) daily entry. Guests may stop by any participating front desk to redeem an entry slip, limit one (1) entry per guest, per day.

-Enter online Visit metropolisresort.com and complete the form with full name, email, and phone number. Limit one (1) online entry per person.

All entries will be combined and added to our old-school drawing barrel.

Winner must be present at the time of the drawing to win. If the selected winner’s name is called and they do not present themselves to event staff within five (5) minutes, that entry will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. This process will repeat until an eligible, present winner is confirmed. Time will be measured from the moment the winner’s name is first publicly announced. It is the entrant’s responsibility to remain in the event area and be alert for the drawing.

Entry Methods:

-Visit Metropolis Resort Each visit to Action City, Chaos Water Park, or Metropolis Resort’s front desk is eligible for one (1) daily entry. Guests may stop by any participating front desk to redeem an entry slip, limit one (1) entry per guest, per day.

All eligible entries from all methods will be printed and added to a physical drawing bin.

Eligibility Restrictions: Employees, officers, and directors of Metropolis Resort, One Automotive, and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or members of the same household of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win.

Drawing Details: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted live at Metropolis Resort during our Back-to-School Party on Saturday, September 6th, 2025 at approximately 3:00 PM CT.

You must be physically present at the time of the drawing to win.

Prize Details: The Grand Prize is a new vehicle (2025/Hyundai/Elantra) with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $[25,000], purchased from One Automotive of Eau Claire, WI. The winner may choose to accept the vehicle as awarded or exchange it at One Automotive for a different vehicle of equal or greater value. If the selected vehicle has a higher value than the prize vehicle, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference in price.
No cash or credit will be issued if the exchanged vehicle is of lesser value than the original prize. All vehicle selections, exchanges, and upgrades are subject to availability at One Automotive and must be completed in person within [10] days of winner confirmation.

Winner Requirements: Winner must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance before taking possession of the vehicle. Winner is responsible for any expenses associated with vehicle ownership, including registration, licensing, insurance. Winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If the selected winner does not meet eligibility requirements the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

Sales tax coverage: Metropolis Resort will cover applicable Wisconsin sales tax on the prize vehicle, up to a maximum vehicle value of $25,000.
If the winner chooses to exchange or upgrade to a vehicle with a value exceeding $25,000, the winner will be responsible for any additional sales tax on the difference in value, as well as any other fees or costs associated with the upgraded vehicle.

Liability Release: By entering, all participants agree to release and hold harmless Metropolis Resort, One Automotive, their subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. The vehicle is awarded “as is” with no warranty except any manufacturer warranty still in effect.

Publicity Release: Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Metropolis Resort and One Automotive to use their name, photograph, likeness, city/state of residence, and statements for promotional purposes in all media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
