All paid participants must have a valid Metropolis Resort Parks Waiver completed/signed prior or at the time of entry of the Park.
Those under 18 (or age of majority as defined by the state) must have their waiver completed/signed by their parent or legal guardian.

Birthday parties and school groups are not required to fill out waivers
At Metropolis Resort the safety of our guests and staff is our number one priority. If these rules are broken, you may be removed from the premises.
1. Respect for Others
All guests should behave in a family-friendly manner. Offensive language, unruly behavior, and harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Respect other guests' personal space and privacy.
2. Safety Regulations
Follow all posted safety instructions and verbal directives given by park staff. This includes seatbelt and safety harness requirements, height restrictions, and specific ride instructions.
3. Proper Attire
Guests are required to wear appropriate clothing at all times, including shirts, bottoms, and suitable footwear. Clothing with offensive or disruptive messages is not allowed.
4. Line Courtesy
Queue jumping, holding places for others, or disrupting the line in any way is prohibited. Guests should enter and exit lines as directed by signs and staff.
5. Property Care
Do not deface or damage park property. This includes rides, decorations, signage, and facilities. Guests found causing damage may be subject to penalties and required to leave the park.
6. Prohibited Items
Weapons, illegal substances, or other dangerous items are strictly prohibited within the park. The park reserves the right to inspect any bags, parcels, or personal belongings entering the park premises.
7. Alcohol and Tobacco Use
Alcohol is to be consumed in designated areas only. Intoxicated guests may be asked to leave the park. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
9. Pets and Animals
Pets are not allowed in the park, with the exception of service animals. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness and should not be left unattended.
10. Lost Items
The park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
11. Emergencies
In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of park staff immediately. Emergency procedures are in place to ensure everyone's safety.
12. Exiting the Park
Guests must exit the park at the closing time unless otherwise authorized for special events or occasions.
Enforcement
Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in expulsion from the park without a refund. The park reserves the right to modify these rules at any time to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
This Code of Conduct is intended to help create a positive experience for everyone at the park. By entering the park, guests agree to follow these rules and contribute to a welcoming environment.
At Metropolis Resort, we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests and staff. Failure to adhere to our Code of Conduct is taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action. This could include a warning from park staff, temporary removal from attractions, or ejection from the park without a refund. In cases of severe misconduct or repeated offenses, we may impose a ban from the park for a specified period or permanently. Additionally, we reserve the right to contact law enforcement if the behavior warrants such action.
Guests are encouraged to familiarize themselves with our Code of Conduct upon entry to the park to avoid any misunderstandings. Our staff is trained to enforce these rules respectfully and professionally, and we expect cooperation from all guests to maintain a pleasant park atmosphere. Compliance with these rules ensures everyone can enjoy their visit safely and happily.
