Mascot & Resort Engagement

• Coordinate and schedule Splasharoo appearances throughout the resort, ensuring engaging and fun guest interactions.

• Perform as Splasharoo or manage trained performers, ensuring energy and enthusiasm during all appearances.

• Maintain and care for the mascot costume, ensuring cleanliness and repairs as needed.

Activity & Event Coordination

• Oversee daily guest activities, including arts & crafts, face painting, movie nights, popcorn service, and more.

• Ensure activities are set up properly, staffed appropriately, and running smoothly.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing holiday events, themed weekends, and special celebrations (e.g., New Year’s Eve,

Easter, St. Patrick’s Day).

• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience through creative programming.

Guest Interaction & Experience Enhancement

• Proactively engage with guests to ensure they are having a fun and memorable experience.

• Gather feedback to improve activity offerings and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

• Work closely with marketing to promote activities and events on social media and resort communications.

Administrative & Logistics Support

• Maintain an organized inventory of activity supplies and mascot costume materials.

• Coordinate staff or volunteers to assist with events and activities.

• Ensure all entertainment and activity areas are clean, organized, and well-presented.
