Action City & Chaos Waterpark is seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals looking for their first job to join our team! This entry-level position is designed to help new team members learn the basics of working in a professional environment while having fun and gaining confidence. No prior work experience is required! We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

As a Crew Member, you’ll be introduced to multiple areas of the resort, making this a great starting point to discover what kind of work you enjoy and want to grow in. From attractions and party hosting to food service and guest support, this role offers variety, hands-on learning, and the opportunity to build important skills such as communication, teamwork, and responsibility. Crew Members provide excellent customer service while supervising the trampoline park and fun center to ensure a fun and safe experience for all guests in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting guests with attractions and pass questions, delivering pizzas, hosting parties, bussing tables, helping with dishes in City Eats, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the building, including dining areas and restrooms.

We are currently hiring part-time candidates ages 14+ with weekend availability, which is our primary need between 8 to 14 hours per week. Shifts vary between mornings and swing shifts based on business levels and resort hours.

This position offers excellent opportunities for growth and advancement. Many team members begin their journey here and go on to cross-train and grow into other departments and leadership roles throughout Metropolis Resort. The next step would be positions like: Lifeguard, DQ or Barista, Action City Front Desk, Waterpark Utility, Houskeeping, City Eats Host, Etc.
