We're looking for an energetic and responsible Action City Supervisor to join our leadership team! The ideal candidate will lead by example, motivate team members, and ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for all guests. Supervisors oversee daily operations, support staff, and handle customer service with a smile, even on the busiest days!
We are currently looking for part time candidates with both weekday and weekend availability. Weekends are the primary time needed along with weekday availability. Shift times vary depending on the day and business hours.

Qualifications:
Previous leadership or supervisor experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
Must be dependable, proactive, and team-orientated
Must be 18 years or older
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities & Duties:
Supervise and support team members to maintain a high standard of customer service.
Engage with guests to enhance their experience, answer questions, and resolve any issues promptly.
Oversee daily operations, including attractions, arcade, and food service areas.
Ensure all safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
Assist in training new employees and reinforcing company policies.
Handle cash and POS transactions as needed.
Maintain a fun and professional environment for guests and staff.
Address and resolve any guest concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
Report to management on operational needs and staff performance.
