That's why we're inviting you to join us for our annual Customer Appreciation Party on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at Action City. It's our way of saying thank you for being part of the Metropolis Resort family.

Whether you've only visited us once or you've been making memories with us for years, we'd love to celebrate with you!

A FREE Afternoon of Family Fun

From 2:00pm to 5:00pm, we'll be hosting an afternoon packed with activities for the whole family, including:

• FREE jumping at Action City Trampoline Park

• Free food, snacks, and treats

• Face painting

• Indoor yard games

• A dance party

• Special appearances from Splasharoo

Stop by for a quick visit or stay the entire afternoon! Either way, we're excited to party with you.

During the event, we'll also be offering special discounted admission.

All-Day Action City Play Passes and All-Day Chaos Water Park Passes will be just $19.99 each! And don't forget - jumping in the trampoline park is completely free during the event!

Play passes and water park admission are not required to attend the Customer Appreciation Party; they are only needed if you'd like to use Action City's arcade and attractions or swim in Chaos Water Park.
