It was another exciting week around the resort! We had the chance to celebrate our amazing guests, spend a day learning together as a team, and hit a milestone in the Action City expansion.

Thank You for a GREAT Customer Appreciation Party!

On Thursday, we welcomed so many familiar faces to our annual Customer Appreciation Party, and we couldn't be more grateful to everyone who joined us.

From free jump and activities to food, treats, and visits with Splasharoo, it was an afternoon full of smiles, laughter, and family fun. Events like this are one of our favorite traditions because they give us the opportunity to simply say "thank you" to the guests who continue to make Metropolis Resort part of their family memories.

Whether you attended for the first time or have joined us year after year, thank you for celebrating with us. We already can't wait for next year!

Team Fun at Valleyfair

On Tuesday, nearly 90 members of our team traded in their uniforms for a day at Valleyfair.

This summer, instead of hosting our traditional all-team party, we took our team to another attraction so they could experience guest service from the other side. It was a great opportunity to have fun together while also observing how another destination creates memorable experiences for its guests.

We always come home with new ideas, fresh inspiration, and an even greater appreciation for the work our own team does every day. Investing in our people helps us continue creating the best possible experience for every family who visits Metropolis Resort.

First Expansion Attraction Has Been Delivered

This week also marked an exciting milestone for the Action City expansion...our first attraction has officially been delivered!

If you've driven past the construction site recently, you may have noticed some very large coaster parts waiting for their turn to be installed. Those pieces belong to our upcoming spin coaster, and while it might not look like much just yet, it's exciting to see the first attraction physically arriving on site (it traveled here all the way from Italy)!

Over the next week, we'll share a better idea of what the coaster will actually look like, so be sure to follow along!
