Chaos Waterpark is seeking a fun and welcoming individual to join our team of front desk associates. The successful candidate will provide a smooth check in process to the waterpark, answering any questions guests may have as well as helping guests order food and/or drinks at the splash bar. This position is easy going and a fun way to interact with guests from all over!
We have part time openings with weekend hours being the primary time needed. Candidates must be at least 18 years or older in order to apply because you will be serving alcohol.
The hours for this position are typically Thursday evening shifts, Friday and Saturday shifts range from 9am-9:30pm, and Sunday shifts range from 9am-5:30pm. You can expect 15-20 hours per week with shifts lasting 5-8 hours.
Similar to our Action City crew member position, Chaos waterpark front desk associates have the opportunity to cross train and grow within the company. Cross training opens up fun opportunities and potentially more hours. Responsibilities & Duties:
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about Chaos Waterpark, its attractions, and current deals going on.
Assist guests with inquiries, ticket purchases, and membership sign-ups.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and assist callers with information or direct them to the appropriate department.
Assist guests with purchasing food and/or drinks.
Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills related to customer service.
