Supervise and support waterpark team members to maintain a high standard of guest service.

Engage with guests to enhance their experience, answer questions, and resolve concerns promptly.

Oversee daily waterpark operations and ensure attractions and guest areas are operating safely.

Monitor waterpark activities and ensure all safety procedures and policies are followed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the waterpark.

Assist in training new employees and reinforcing company policies and procedures.

Support lifeguards and other waterpark staff as needed.

Handle cash and POS transactions as needed.

Address and resolve guest concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.

Help manage opening and closing procedures.

Maintain a fun, professional, and positive environment for guests and staff.

Report operational needs, safety concerns, and staff performance issues to management.
