A dishwasher's job includes a range of duties and responsibilities focused on maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in a kitchen environment, primarily in City Eats and Monkey in the Middle. Dishwashing can include bussing and cleaning tables in the parks and restaurant as well.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Washes all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by using dishwashers.
Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.
Will assist in bussing and cleaning tables.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
