Metropolis Resort is seeking a hands-on technician with strong hardware and troubleshooting skills to support technology needs across the property. The majority of this role will focus on maintaining and repairing arcade games and attractions within our entertainment spaces. Additional responsibilities include assisting the IT Director with resort-wide projects such as wiring, installing POS systems, and supporting other technology infrastructure.
We're looking for full time candidates with both weekday and weekend availability. Game techs work while Action City is closed as well as open on projects assigned by management and the IT Director.

Pay starts at $16.50 per hour with raises available after completing a 90 day review with our IT Director.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of arcade games, including regular inspections, cleaning, and repairs as needed.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with arcade games, performing necessary repairs and adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and tools, and request replacements as necessary.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with game-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on game play.
Assist with resort-wide tech installations including point-of-sale systems, TVs, and other hardware
Run and organize low-voltage wiring for new systems or renovations
Provide basic tech support to staff on hardware-related issues
Assist with game set-up, including installing and configuring new arcade games.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
