Every sign, menu, social media post, billboard, and mural has the power to inspire families, improve the guest experience, and drive business. Great design helps guests discover attractions they didn't know existed, encourages them to stay a little longer, and creates memories they'll want to relive again and again.
We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Graphic Designer who is always looking for ways to improve the guest experience through thoughtful, impactful design.

Responsibilities & Duties:
What You'll Do
Bring Our Brand to Life
Design engaging, high-quality marketing materials including:
Logos
Menus
Brochures
Flyers
Billboards
Digital advertisements
Social media graphics
Email marketing assets
Wall murals
Window graphics
Vehicle wraps
Promotional materials
Event signage
Uniform graphics
Large-format displays
Enhance the Guest Experience
Walk the resort with fresh eyes and identify opportunities to improve the guest journey.
Ask questions like:
Where are guests getting confused?
What attractions are being overlooked?
How can we improve wayfinding?
How can signage create excitement?
What moments are worth sharing on social media?
Then help create solutions through creative design.
Support Business Growth
Use design strategically to help increase:
Food & beverage sales
Arcade revenue
Attraction participation
Birthday party bookings
Membership sales
Retail purchases
Guest engagement
Repeat visits
Great design doesn't just look good—it inspires action.
Create Engaging Marketing Campaigns
Develop both print and digital marketing materials that capture attention and inspire families to visit Metropolis Resort.
Projects may include:
Seasonal promotions
Event campaigns
Attraction launches
Social media advertising
Website graphics
Digital signage
Promotional displays

Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
Branding and visual identity experience
Print production knowledge
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Photography
Video production
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Figma
Canva
Motion graphics
Environmental graphic design
Large-format signage experience
Experience designing for hospitality, entertainment, or tourism
