City Eats, located in Metropolis Resort, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our energetic kitchen crew. This is a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate will be responsible for working with other kitchen crew members (communication, teamwork, and efficiency) to prepare and cook meals in a timely manner for our guests. This includes slinging pizzas, flipping pancakes or burgers, frying eggs or chicken fingers, and making our staff’s favorite homemade ranch.

This position will primarily be evening shifts, with weekends being our busiest time. Dinner kitchen crew members work around 20-30 hours per week with shift times ranging 2-10pm.
Starting pay: $18 an hour
Once fully trained: $19 an hour

Responsibilities & Duties:
Prepare and cook meals for guests at the resort's two restaurants: City Pizza Co. (pizza) and City Eats (sit-down restaurant).
Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
Work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Ensure that all food is cooked and presented according to standards and regulations.
Prep and stock during down time.
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service at our kitchen counter.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards servers and all other restaurant staff.
