Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Resort.

Guest Laundry:

Guest Laundry is located on the first floor, across from the elevator. Machines are coin-operated. You can visit the front desk to exchange cash for quarters, as well as purchase detergent if needed.

Ice and Vending:

The hotel has two ice machine. The ice machine on the 1st floor is located across from the elevator in the guest laundry room. The ice machine on 3rd floor is located down the short hallway next to the elevator.

The hotel lobby offers soda and small snacks for purchase.

Breakfast & Coffee:

Complimentary coffee is available 24/7 in the hotel lobby.

We also have an on-site coffee shop, serving Caribou Coffee. You can view the City Coffee Co. Menu here.

You can purchase breakfast at our on-site restaurant, City Eats, located in Action City. You can find City Eats hours here.

Housekeeping:

Occupied rooms will not have daily cleaning service. If you would like to request service or extra amenities, please contact the hotel front desk.

Checkout:

Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m.

We offer two ways to checkout:

Mobile Checkout: A link will be sent to the e-mail attached to your reservation. You can use this link to check-out from your phone or another device.

Visit the Hotel Front Desk: The Front Desk Representative will also be happy to assist you by printing a paper copy of your receipt or answering any questions.

Action City Waiver:

Make sure to fill out your waiver before visiting the parks. The waiver will be good for both Action City and Chaos Water Park. Once filled out, your waiver will be good for one year.

Action City Hotel Guest Passes:

All hotel guests receive bonus play cards with each Action City Pass purchased:

* A $25 play card with each 1-Day Pass purchased

*A $50 play card with each 2-Day pass purchased

1 Day | $49 per guest or $24.50 for guests under 44"

2 Day | $69 per guest or $34.50 for guests under 44"

Hotel Guest Jump & Play Passes:

1 Day | $54 per guest or $27.00 for guests under 44"

2 Day | $74 per guest or $37.00 for guests under 44"

To purchase, stop by the hotel front desk or head directly to Action City and mention that you are a hotel guest at time of purchase.

All paid participants must have a valid Metropolis Resort Parks Waiver completed/signed prior or at the time of entry of the Park.

Those under 18 (or age of majority as defined by the state) must have their waiver completed/signed by their parent or legal guardian.

Water Park passes are included for each guest registered on your stay. If you did not receive your passes at check-in or would like to purchase additional passes, please visit the hotel front desk.

Additional Information:

There are children's life jackets available for guest use on a first come, first serve basis. They are located by Chaos Water Park locker rooms.

Swim diapers are available for purchase at the Chaos Water Park front desk.

City Eats is our full service on-site restaurant. Designed with the whole family in mind, City Eats serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks.

While you're at Chaos Water Park enjoy our Splash Bar, stocked with soft pretzels & nachos, fresh-squeezed lemonade, Snowies, and beer & cocktails. Perfect for a refreshing snack while sitting poolside!

Splasharoo is our friendly kangaroo mascot - he lives right here at Metropolis Resort!

Splasharoo will always be out and about the Resort on the weekends, as well as most holiday breaks (spring break, Christmas break, etc.). Eau Claire takes pride in being one of the safest communities in the United States. There is very little reason to be concerned about safety while visiting Metropolis Resort. Here is what we do to keep you and your family safe.

• Cameras monitoring each hallway, entrance and parking lot.

• The parking lot is well lit and monitored with cameras.

• The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day.

• The facility is key access only after midnight.
