To say that you and your staff met expectations would be cheating you. You all exceeded our expectations! We were so pleased with the friendliness and accommodating way your staff greeted and followed through with each of our questions and requests. Truly, it is unusual to receive, across the board, such great service.

My husband travels all over the world and sometimes I go with him. We never see this kind of care and attention given to guests, even in some of the top hotels. Your staff kept a great attitude and spirit about them even though I know it was one of your busiest days. Any request was met with a can-do spirit. We also had the pizza and your kitchen staff was equally great! They responded to a last minute room change and quickly produced very tasty food. Honestly, none of us expected to enjoy the pizza so much. :) But it was very good.

As far as the overall hotel look and feel, everything looked very clean, well-maintained, and attractive. Our family had a very fun time. Let me also mention that Samantha was such a delight to work with. I am not at all surprised that a promotion came to her during this year. And whoever did the room placement, we sure appreciated being in close proximity to each other. That was an unexpected treat!

My husband is a professional speaker. He does a program called World Class Service. In that, he quotes the Ritz Carlton's code where they talk about meeting the unexpressed wishes of their guests. You can feel very good that you all met and exceeded expressed and unexpressed wishes.

I wish you a very good year at Metropolis. I am singing your praises to anyone who will listen. I don't know yet if we will be back next year, but if not, there will be a year we return! It was just too good to stay away.
